As we expand our clinical programs and grow our team, we’re hiring a Clinical Operations Lead to support the day-to-day delivery of care and help build the operational backbone of our growing company.

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for coordinating care delivery, supporting our clinical team, and helping implement operational workflows that ensure smooth, high-quality experiences for patients and providers. You’ll also play a key role in optimizing operational efficiency by leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools designed to enhance patient access, automate administrative tasks, and streamline care coordination. This is a high-exposure role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving operational problems, and is excited to grow into a leadership track in clinical ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Care Coordination: Support scheduling, patient onboarding, clinician matching, and follow-up workflows to ensure seamless experiences across the care journey.
• Clinician Support: Assist with onboarding, credentialing, training logistics, and day-to-day communications with our clinical team (MDs, NPs, RDs, Patient Partners, etc.).
• Process Execution: Help implement and refine SOPs for intake, documentation, billing, and compliance in coordination with operations leadership.
• Tech & Tools: Use CRMs, EHRs, scheduling tools, and AI-driven systems to manage information, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure accurate, real-time updates for clinical teams.
• Efficiency & Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams to test and scale AI-powered workflows that reduce administrative overhead, enhance provider productivity, and improve patient outcomes.
• Compliance Support: Become familiar with all aspects of regulatory compliance related to operating a clinical practice and work alongside medical leadership to ensure adherence to HIPAA, state medical board licensing rules, and telehealth standards across our multi-state footprint.
• Reporting & QA: Monitor care delivery metrics (e.g., no-show rates, onboarding conversion), surface issues, and support continuous improvement efforts.
